Whenever user A or B presses the PTT button to reply, they are talking privately to each other. Nobody
else hears them. Radio plays a distinctive Private TPT.
If either one of the radio users takes too long to push the PTT button and reply, the radio times out
and ends the private communication with voice prompt "Private Over" on both radios A and B. The Top
button LED indicator goes off.
NOTE: The default "Private Hang Time" is 10 seconds.
