Before starting up

WARNING!
The JOST KKS may only be started up if
a system check of the semi-trailer has been per-
formed as described in the section "Checking the
KKS system on the semi-trailer";
the supplied warning stickers have been attached
as described in the section "Warning stickers".
Use on public roads is only permitted if
the installed system on the tractor unit and semi-
trailer has been approved by a vehicle licensing
organisation (e.g. DVLA);
the system has been entered in the vehicle docu-
ments.
WARNING!
The system check may only be performed by autho-
rised, trained personnel at a truck/commercial vehicle
workshop.
ADVICE!
To check for leaks, use a leak detector spray approved
for use in automotive compressed air systems.
