• Check the condition of the charger, cable and plug each time before
use. If damage is found - do not use the charger. Do not attempt to
disassemble the charger. Refer all repairs to an authorised service
workshop. Improper installation of the charger may result in a risk of
electric shock or fire.
• Children and physically, emotionally or mentally handicapped
persons, as well as other persons whose experience or knowledge
is insufficient to operate the charger with all safety precautions,
should not operate the charger without the supervision of a
responsible person. Otherwise there is a danger that the device will
be mishandled, resulting in injury.
• When the charger is not in use, unplug it from the mains.
Caution: The device is designed for indoor operation.
Despite the use of an inherently safe design, the use of safety
measures and additional protective measures, there is always a
residual risk of injury during work.
Li-Ion batteries can leak, catch fire or explode if they are heated to
high temperatures or short-circuited. Do not store them in the car
during hot and sunny days. Do not open the battery pack. Li-Ion
batteries contain electronic devices and can cause the battery to
catch fire or explode.

DESCRIPTION OF THE DEVICE
The impact spanner is a battery-powered power tool. It is driven by a DC
brushless motor with a planetary gearbox. The design of the spanner
components ensures a long service life. The handle of the spanner allows
sockets of various lengths to be fitted, which have 1/2'' square handles.
The mechanism responsible for the high torque generates it in the form of
a momentary peripheral impact, and the impact of the device on the
operator's hands during screwdriving is low.
The spanner is designed for general use in service work on, for example,
motor vehicles, assembly and repair operations.
Do not misuse the power tool.

• Impact spanner 1 pc.
• Belt clip 1 pc.
• Operating instructions 1 pc.
• Guarantee card 1 pc.
OPERATION OF THE DEVICE
Removing / inserting the battery
To remove, press the button on the battery and slide it out of the socket.
To insert the battery, align the battery contacts with the grooves in the
socket and insert until the clamping button audibly engages.
Charging the battery
Battery charging should be carried out in conditions where the ambient
temperature is between 4 - 40°C. A new battery, or one that has not been
used for a long period of time, will reach full power capability after
approximately 3 - 5 charge and discharge cycles.
• Remove the battery from the device.
• Plug the charger into a 230 V AC mains socket. When switched on,
a green LED will light up on the charger to indicate that the voltage
is connected.
• When the battery is placed in the charger, a red LED will light up to
indicate that the battery is being charged.
• Once the battery is charged, the LED on the charger will turn green.

• The charger will not automatically switch off when the battery is fully
charged. The green LED on the charger will remain on until the
charger is disconnected from the power supply.
• The battery should not be charged for more than 8 hours. Exceeding
this time may damage the battery cells. The charger will not switch
off automatically when the battery is fully charged. Disconnect the
power supply before removing the battery from the charger socket.
Avoid consecutive short charges. Do not recharge the batteries after
using the device for a short time. A significant decrease in the time
between necessary charges indicates that the battery is worn out
and should be replaced.
• During the charging process, the batteries will heat up. Do not
undertake work immediately after charging - wait until the battery
has reached room temperature. This will prevent damage to the
battery.
Battery charge status indication
The battery is equipped with a charge status indication (3 LEDs). To check
the charge status of the battery, press the battery charge status indicator
button. When all LEDs are lit, the battery charge level is high. The lighting
of 2 LEDs indicates partial discharge. The fact that only 1 diode is lit
indicates that the battery is exhausted and needs to be recharged.
Switching on/off
The device is switched on by pressing the switch and switched off by
releasing the pressure.
Speed control
Spindle speed is controlled by controlling the amount of pressure exerted
on the switch and electronically changing the gear.
Shifting gears
The unit has electronic gear shifting. Clockwise operation is possible in a
range of three gears, which are changed using the button Fig. A3. The
display fig. A2 shows the value of the gear at the time. To change gear,
the switch must be pressed lightly so that the gear designation is
illuminated fig. A2, only at this point can the gear be changed to the
desired value.
• Gear 1: 0 - 1000 rpm
• 2nd gear: 0 - 1800 rpm
• 3rd gear: 0 - 2700 rpm
Maximum RPM values given above and in the rating table of this
operating manual.
The amount of left-hand rotation cannot be changed by gears, it can
only be adjusted by pushing the switch to the maximum value of the
unit.
Direction of rotation
• The direction of rotation switch Fig. C6 is located above the switch.
• Change of direction of rotation right/left. There is a switch to change
the direction of rotation in the instructions fig. C6, switch depressed:
• right hand turn - tightening
• left-hand rotation - unscrewing
• The switch is equipped with a locking mechanism to prevent it from
being accidentally depressed while the spindle is running. When the
switch is in the middle position, the switch is locked.
Lamp
The unit is equipped with an illumination of the working area fig. A1. The
lamp is switched on when the switch is pressed, fig. C4. When the
pressure on the button is released, the lamp switches off automatically
after a few seconds.
Assembly of the work tool
Note: make sure the tool is switched off before mounting. Remove the
battery before assembly.
Push the correct size socket onto the toolholder as far as it will go, fig. B5,
until it audibly engages. Check that the socket is properly seated by
pulling lightly on the socket.
Please note: only use sockets with the correct socket size. Use a socket
adapter if necessary.
Belt clip assembly
The tool is equipped with a clip that allows the device to be clipped to a
belt. If necessary, the clip can be removed and fitted by
screwing/unscrewing the fixing screw.
MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE
• It is recommended to clean the device immediately after each use.
• Do not use water or other liquids for cleaning.
