Choosing the type of brushes

• PPL or Nylon brushes - For abrasion-resistant fl oors: rubber, re-
silient concrete - with medium or heavy dirt.
• Tinex brushes - For highly abrasion-resistant fl oors: klinker,
porphyry, quartz concrete - with very heavy dirt.
• Tampico brushes - For fl oors with low resistance to abrasion:
marble - with medium and light dirt.
• Abrasive disc - Green for intermediate cleaning.
• Abrasive disc - Black for thorough cleaning and for highly abra-
sion-resistant fl oors.

Attention!
This machine was designed for use with the brushes indicated by
the manufacturer. Using diff erent brushes can compromise the
user's safety.

Disassembling/assembling the brushes

For disassembling the brushes act as follows:
• Turn the starter key-switch to "0" and remove the key from the
panel (battery machine)
• Remove the plug from the 230V power socket (cable-powered
machine)

Danger!
Disassembling the brushes without disconnecting the power
supply could be dangerous for your hands.
"GO 511C - GO 531 / 531 T" version:
• Lift the brush support A by carefully tilting the machine.(GO
511 C).
• Lift the brush support by means of pedal 6 Fig.2 (GO 531 / 531 T).
• Turn the brush A clocwise (1) until it becomes released from its
block and then remove it.
• Insert the new brush following the same operations in the re-
verse order (2) or rest the base of the machine on the brush and
activate the motor.

"GO 552 / 552 T / 562 / 562 T" version:
• Lift the brush support by means of pedal 6, fi g.2
• Take the brush B and C and turn them clockwise (1) until they
are released from block, then remove brushes. (GO 552 / 552 T)
• Remove knobs E and guard F, release the locking springs G, re-
move brushes H. (GO 562 / 562T)
• Insert new brushes following the same instructions in the re-
verse order .

Caution! (Versions: 511 / 531 / 531T / 552 / 552T)
If you have diffi culties in extracting the brush, you may insert
a screwdriver in the hole "D" and rotate the brush until the
screwdriver enters in the pulley hole and blocks its movement.
Now you can remove the brush and insert the new one following
such instructions in the reverse order.
