The appliance is off.
To bake on up to 2 shelf positions at the same time and to
dry food. Set the temperature 20 - 40 °C lower than for
Top / Bottom Heat.
To bake and roast food on 1 shelf position.
To grill flat food and to toast bread.
To bake cakes with crispy bottom and to preserve food.
To roast larger meat joints or poultry with bones on 1 shelf
position. Also to make gratins and to brown.
To bake food on 1 shelf position for a more intensive
browning and a crispy bottom. Set the temperature 20 -
40 °C lower than for Top / Bottom Heat.
To defrost frozen food.
To brown bread, cakes and pastries. To finish cooked
dishes.
To grill flat food in large quantities and to toast bread.
To activate the automatic pyrolytic cleaning of the oven.
This function burns off residual dirt in the oven.
