B1.6 Hydraulic checks after installation
After opening the water upstream of the equipment check for leaks;
1)
Verify that the equipment is correctly positioned in order to ease ordinary maintenance.
2)
Check for the presence of a by-pass circuit allowing to exclude the filter from serving and check for
the presence of sampling faucets installed upstream and downstream the filter.
3)
Check for the compliances of the installation with all local rules or recommendations issued by the
competent local area offices.
4)
Verify that there are no leaks from the entrance and exit connections and from the filter
drain connection.

B1.7 Allowed installation schemes
The brass plate with inlet and outlet BravoMATIC connections can be rotated 180° C thus it allows to invert
the inlet and outlet connections position.
Warning! The assembly should be performed respecting the water flow direction indicated by the
row stamped on the brass head of the filter.
When changing the orientation of the coupling plate in ways other than those indicated by the constructor
proceed as folows:
1.
Remove the differential little tubes from the junctions pressing the red collars downward;
2.
Unscrew the fixing nuts of the plate and pull them out (use an Allen wrench n°6);
3.
Orient the plate in the desired position respecting the arrow which indicates the water inlet
direction making sure the white shaped gasket placed between the brass plate and the white head in
acetalic resin is positioned correctly.
4.
Insert the plate in the body of the filter, uniformly tighten the retaining nuts, pressing the
gasket
