using this product for the first time. The Stretch and Tone Bar should
only be used in the manner described in these instructions. Disregarding the
instructions contained within this manual can lead to serious injury. The
instruction manual is an integral component of the Stretch and Tone Bar. It
should be kept for later reference and should be included with the Stretch and
Tone Bar if it is given to other persons for use.
This instruction manual can also be requested as a PDF file from our customer
service team. Please contact the manufacturer using the service address
