SPECIFICATIONS OF THE WATER
The specifications of the water must comply with the limit values below (see "Technical spe-
cifications"), so as to prevent corrosion, which is extremely harmful for the appliance, due
to the water supply being too soft or too aggressive, as well as any lime scale in the cooking
chamber and in the water system due to the water being too hard.

WATER CONNECTION FOR THE VAPORISER

Soft cold or hot water (max. 50 °C) must be connected for the vaporiser supply, in accord-
ance with the specifications below.
– The water connection is R 3/4".
– The flexible pipe of the water supply must be provided by the installer.
– A water shut-off valve must be installed upstream the appliance.

INSTALLING THE DRAIN

– The water is drained by gravity with a
heat resistant pipe DN 50 (not flexible)
having a maximum length of 2 m installed
with a constant slope that is no less than
4°.
