Storage
Long term storage must be performed
according to the following conditions:
the chair must be packed;
the storage area must be dry and not ex-
posed to direct sunlight;
do not stack more than six items.
The present certi cate must be kept until its expire date. It must be shown together with the invoice, receipt, shipping documents and
the proof of servicing which contains the name of every technical service deemed necessary by the dealer who sold the product. Warran-
ty will be invalid to users who are unable to show proper documentation.
All "MORETTI" products are guaranteed against material or manufacturing defects for two year from the date of purchase, except for
in the following circumstances: non metallic parts or products (surface treatments, decalcomanias, labels, tissues, vinyl parts or foam,
etc.) are guaranteed for 120 days. Wear or improper use of the product, are not covered by the guarantee. Repairs and services are gua-
ranteed for 120 days or until the end of the above-mentioned period, depending on which is longest. These conditions are dependant on
the product being used according to the prescribed instructions contained in this manual. The warranty period starts 30 days after the
packing list veri cation (delivery). Shipment fees are not covered by the warranty. "MORETTI" cannot be held liable for damages which
occur during shipment or which occur from improper use of the product.
"MORETTI" is only liable, under the above mentioned conditions, for replacing or repairing a product or a defective part or, at its
own choice, for the total reimbursement of the purchase price. Shipment fees for estimated defective parts or products to and from
"MORETTI" are not covered. Outside the above mentioned warranty conditions "MORETTI" does not recognise other types of war-
ranty. "MORETTI" makes no warranty of any kind with regard to this material, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of
merchantability and tness for a particular purpose. "MORETTI" shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages in connec-
tion with the furnishing, performance or use of its product. Repair or replacement of a defective product or refund of the purchase price
are exclusive and all-inclusive. In no case the liability of "MORETTI" will exceed the price of the defective product. Each legal action
for failure to comply with the above mentioned warranty conditions must begin within one year from the day the defect has been noted.
The court of Bolzano (Italy) will be competent for any dispute.
No product will be accepted without previous agreement with "MORETTI". The items accepted for repair or replacements will be
evaluated according to previously de ned criteria, including age and conditions of the product and conformity to the original performan-
ce. If it is possible to repair the product, a written cost estimate will be submitted to the customer for approval before carrying out the
repair.
Setting the chair aside
In case the chair must be set aside for
a long period it is necessary to protect the
parts which could be damaged by dust de-
posits.

by oxidation or excessive drying .

If you decide not to use the chair any
longer, it is necessary to render it idle. We
also recommend to make those parts which
can be a source of damage or danger har-
mless.
Evaluate the class of the object accor-
ding to the disposal degrees.
Dispose together with iron material and
send it to the appropriate waste disposal
centres.
If you consider the chair as a special
waste, disassemble it and divide it into si-
milar parts, then dispose it according to the
legislation in force.
