Prolonged disuse of the work vehicle
If the work vehicle is not due to be used for long periods,
proceed as follows.
1) Wash the work vehicle completely.
2) Check the condition of the all the machine's parts
and replace any that are worn or damaged.
3) Repair any damaged or worn parts.
4) Check that the main fixing nuts and bolts are tight.
5) Check the lubricant level in the gearbox and if neces-

Maintenance work must be carried out with the work
vehicle on flat, compact ground, with the tractor en-
gine off, parking brake engaged, and ignition key re-
moved, and adopting all the necessary safety meas-
ures required to work safely.
Any maintenance operations that can be carried out
on the business premises come under the ordinary
maintenance envisaged in the instruction manual.
