Repair and maintenance of the device should be carried out by qualified
persons using only original spare parts. This will ensure a safe use of the device.
g)
To ensure the designed operational integrity of the device, do not remove
factory-installed covers or loosen any screws.
h)
Do not move, shift or rotate the device during operation.
i)
Do not leave the switched on device unattended.
j)
Clean the device regularly to prevent the permanent accumulation of dirt.
k)
The device is not a toy. Cleaning and maintenance must not be performed by
children without adult supervision.
l)
It is forbidden to tamper with the device in order to change its parameters or
construction.
m) Keep the device away from sources of fire and heat.
n)
NOTE! During active heating function, the jacket heats up to a high
temperature. Do not touch hot elements of the apparatus, because it poses a
hazard of burns.
o)
When handling flammable materials pay special care to the set heating
temperature to be not too high.
p)
Make sure that the container with the liquid can withstand the set heating
temperature. A molten container may cause fire.
q)
Never heat an empty container.
r)
Do not use the device without a vessel/sample placed in the jacket.
s)
Control the amount of liquid in the vessels. Liquid may evaporate.
t)
Spilling a flammable contents of a vessel on the heating elements of the device
may lead to a fire.
u)
The set heating temperature must be lower at least by 25°C from the ignition
temperature of the mixed substance.
v)
Pay special attention to the hazards resulting from:
• flammable materials and substances with low boiling point,
• overful vessels,
• vessels made of brittle material or material with a low melting temperature.
w)
Pathogenic materials can be only mixed in closed vessels.
x)
Do not cover the device when it is operating.
y)
Make sure that the supply cable does not come into contact with hot elements
of the device.
z)
Keep the device away from strong magnetic field.
aa) Use caution not to damage the glass vessels.
Wash and dry glass vessels after each use.
bb)
cc) It is recommended to first switch off heating, and only after the device has
cooled down to turn off mixing.
