6. Initial use

Inserting the water filter and pre-filter
1. Open the cardboard packaging.
2. Remove the cover from the maremed

Displays the number of hours until the device is
switched off. 0 denotes continuous operation.

2 UVC lamp faulty/replace the UVC lamp
The old UVC lamp must be replaced as soon as this

symbol lights up.

3 Filter change indicator

The filters (pre-filter and water filter) must be re-
placed as soon as this symbol lights up. We recom-

mend replacing the filters every 3 months.
4 Water level gauge
If the water level is at "MIN", the water tank must be

filled with fresh water and maremed
salt.
