Troubleshooting:
Fault
Component flow dis-
rupted or reduced
Components having
difficulties in leaving
the unit
Abnormal noise dur-
ing operation
Components are
damaged by han-
dling in the CVL
Components get
wear marks and
smudging when han-
dling in the CVL
In case of doubt, contact a qualified service technician or Kongskilde service department.
Cause
Components jammed in bottom
valve, piping, or in the suction
hose
Components are clumped inside
the unit due to improper compo-
nent design or static electricity
Defect air cylinders or too high air
velocity
Inappropriate component design
or too high air velocity.
Too short opening time of the bot-
tom valve
Too high air velocity, poor pipe
layout or incorrect material selec-
tion on piping to component han-
dling
Remedy
Disconnect air- and electricity supply. Remove
blocked components, see section "Operation". If
needed, adjust the parameters of the CVL control
Replace components with more appropriate design /
find another conveying method. Ensure correct earth
connection of the unit and piping, see section "Electri-
cal installation". If needed, adjust the parameters of
the CVL control
Replace cylinders or reduce blower speed
Replace components with more appropriate design.
Reduce blower speed.
Increase bottom vale opening time
Reduce blower speed. Replace piping to stainless.
Check the pipe layout, see section "Installation"
