Forwarding to the web application
Information
Depending on which browser you are using, the web
application will not open immediately; instead infor-
mation about the browser's security settings will be
displayed first.
1. In the warning message displayed in the
browser, select Advanced.
2. In the following dialog window, select Add ex-
ception.
�� The SSL certificate is confirmed and the
web application is opened.

Logging in as Home User

The Home user role is used to log into the web appli-
cation for home use. Not all configuration settings of
the energy manager are available to the home user.
He can view the settings authorized by Customer
service but cannot edit them himself.

1. Select the user Home user.
2. Enter the password (identified in the letter con-
taining access data as Home User password).

Two users are available for logging into the web ap-
plication: HOME USER and CUSTOMER SERVICE.
The CUSTOMER SERVICE role is intended for the
qualified electrician who sets up the energy manager.

The following work steps should have already been
performed by a qualified electrician so that the web
application can be used properly:
b First installation with the required settings for
the web application.
b Home setup with specifications for the power
grid, grid phases, current sensors, power con-
sumers.

Operating the web application

Configuration settings and detailed information on
energy management can be displayed via the web
application.
Information
Legal notes and privacy policy with information on
third-party content and licenses can be called up at
any time via the corresponding link from the web
application.
Information
After 25 minutes of inactivity, the user is automati-
cally logged off from the web application.
