5.1.c - Oven starting (Fig: 4)
• Close the chimney by positioning the handwheel (A)
on to close the damper.

• Press the ON button (1).
• The display shows the actual oven temperature (2),
the ceiling heating element power (3), the set baking
temperature (4) and the floor heating element power
(5).
• To set the baking temperatures or the heating ele-
ment power, turn the knob (6) until selecting the
value to be changed (the value will be surrounded
by a selection rectangle), then press the knob (6) to
confirm the selection and turn the knob (6) clockwise
or anticlockwise to increase or decrease the value.
• Having reached the desired value, press the knob
(6) to confirm; if you want to change another value,
turn the knob (6) until selecting it and continue in the
same way.
• Wait for the oven to reach the set pizza baking tem-
perature shown on the display (4).
• Open the chimney by positioning the handwheel (A)
on to open the damper.
