ROUTINE MAINTENANCE

Routine maintenance operations may be carried out by an operator.

7.1.1 DRAINING THE CONDENSED WATER FROM THE AIR TANK

Open the exhaust valve (14) in the air tank lower part and release the condensed water. Close it as soon as the

7.1.2 CHECKING THE AIR LUBRICATOR OIL LEVEL

Check the oil level through the transparent part of the cup.

Set the pressure to zero by completely turning the regulator knob (7) anti-clockwise.
To add oil, unscrew the cup under the lubricator and use Campagnola srl BIG FLU or FUDY FLU anti-condensation
oil, then set the working pressure back to the required value and clean up any oil spills.

Set the pressure to zero by completely turning the regulator knob (7) anti-clockwise.
To add oil, unscrew the lubricator plug (18) and use Campagnola srl BIG FLU or FUDY FLU anti-condensation oil
as well as the recipient with nozzle supplied ( OF 300 device), then set the working pressure back to the required
value and clean up any oil spills.
