Conergy IPG series central inverters automatically adjust their
switch-on waiting time to local conditions. This prevents ineffective
attempts to connect to the grid (e.g. at sunset).
A waiting time of a few minutes is observed when switching on
after grid malfunctions. If switched off due to insufficient power
input and the solar generator voltage then goes back up above the
switch-on threshold, the switch-on waiting time will be about four
minutes.
After a self-test of approx. 5 seconds, the current operating status
of the inverter is indicated using the 4 signal lamps on the front
door.
The operating frequency of central inverters lies within a clearly
audible range. The noises which are perceived as a type of
screeching, hissing or squeaking are typical of the device and
represent no impairment to operation.
