Conergy IPG series central inverters
Safety instructions
| Before commissioning, Conergy IPG series central inverters must
be prepared to suit local conditions and adjusted according to
national regulations and technical connection conditions.
| Ensure a sufficiency of strain reliefs.
Connecting cables which are not strain-relieved may be
damaged or severed, causing considerable personal injury or
damage to property.
| Connecting cables entering the central inverters must be
adequately secured by a cable strain relief (cable mounting rail).
| The cable strain relief must be fitted on site.
| Only aluminium cable clips should be used for cable strain relief
on the AC cables.
| The fuse rating and fuse type of the external series fuse must be
observed. An incorrect series fuse can result in damage to the
device!
| Use a fuse switch with a fusible cut-out of GL standard (German
standard = all-range circuit breaker, slow blow) or a circuit
breaker with isolating properties.
| Conergy recommends a series fuse of at least 10 A for the
auxiliary power supply.
| A fuse must be provided between the Conergy IPG 300K and the
transformer since no fuse has been integrated internally.
| The grid connection cable must be fused according to the rated
current specified on the type plate. If the specified rated current
diverges from the rated current of the fuse inserts, the fuse insert
can be used with the next higher rated current.
