III. APPLICATION
The onion slicer is designed for slicing onions, tomatoes, and other similar vegetables.
We do not take any responsibility for improper use. Any damage resulting from a
non-conform use of the device has to be paid by the user!
IV. BEFORE FIRST USE
Upon receipt of the goods, check the packaging for integrity and open it. If the pa-
ckaging is damaged, please contact your transport company and distributor within
3 days, and document the damages as detailed as possible. Do not turn the package
upside down! When transporting the package, please ensure to keep it horizontal and
stable. Please keep all packaging materials (cardboard, plastic tapes and styrofoam), so
that in case of return, the device can be sent back to the service centre in accurate
condition.
V. USE OF THE DEVICE
•
Before using it for the first time, the device must be cleaned with a mild deter-
gent.
•
Please put the machine on an even place, which is tilt resistant and can support
the combined weight of the machine.
ASSEMBLING THE DEVICE
•
Assemble the four legs with four screws (8).
•
Before assembling the cutting blades (7), the pusher (5) and the lever (1) should
be dismounted. Take off the locking pin of lever and pusher and take out the pu-
sher from the guiding rods (3). Take off the lever locking pin (2) and take out the
lever (1).
•
Place the cutting blades inside the slicer, taking into account the fixing holes in
the cutting blades and in the main body of the device. Assemble there the locking
pins of the cutting blades with nuts (6) underneath the device.
•
Mount back the pusher (5) on the guiding rods (3).
•
Mount back the lever by putting the locking pins (2) and (4) at their places. Lever
locking pin (2) has 6 different connection combinations – they can be used freely
according to the customer wishes.
•
Device is ready to work. Pull the lever (1) up, place the vegetable directly on the
blades and move the lever firmly downward. The vegetable will be sliced.
•
WARNING: the blades are very sharp! Always remove hands / fingers from the
cutting area before cutting!

VI. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Clean the device every day accurately for a correct operation and longevity of the
equipment. Clean the surfaces with water and soap or alcohol. Please do not use
detergents with abrasives or substances based on chlorine or soda (chlorine water,
muriatic acid), steel wool or similar products. They can cause immense damage!
