empty detergent tank
High pressure
High pressure pump is sucking in air.
pump is knock-
ing; manometer is
swaying wildly
Vibration dampener is defective
Valve in pump head defective or contaminat-
ed.

Overcurrent on the high pressure pump
not run
Fault
Possible cause
Inadequate or no
Filter or hose is blocked
flow of detergent
Leaky detergent hose
Dosing pump incorrectly adjusted or defec-
tive.
Dosing pump obstructed by condensate.
Malfunctions at coin mechanism
Remedy
Set main switch to "1".
Check the adjustments on the control.
Reset motor protection switch.
Determine the cause if it reoccurs.
Clean the coin acceptor (see section „Mainte-
nance work")
Acknowledge the fault on the control.
Faults on high pressure pumps
Remedy
Clean high-pressure nozzle.
Check water supply level (refer to technical da-
ta).
Check suction hose.
Replace the high-pressure nozzle.
Check/replace high-pressure nozzle.
Check water supply level (refer to technical da-
ta).
Check flushing solenoid valve,swimmer valve
and water quality solenoid valve.
Check the high-pressure line, replace if neces-
sary.
Check and repair the overflow valve.
Refill detergent. Bleed the suction line (to speed
up the bleeding process briefly squeeze the suc-
tion hose to the pump repeatedly during opera-
tion).
Check suction pipes for water and detergent and
ensure that they are leak-proof.
Detergent container empty? (see above)
Replace vibration dampener.
Replace defective valves.
Acknowledge the fault on the control.
Disturbed detergent supply
Remedy
Clean the parts.
Replace the hose
Check the dosing pump and the setting.
Drain the condensate from the pressure contain-
er of the compressor.
