Solution
Disconnect then reconnect the S9 device to
the power outlet. Check the signal strength
displayed on the LCD panel of the S9 device.
Signal strength is displayed as a number from
1 to 5, where "1" is a very low signal strength
and "5" is an excellent signal strength.
Ensure there are no items near the S9
Wireless module that may block reception,
(eg, televisions, computers). If the problem
persists, contact your healthcare professional.
