MAINTENANCE

8.1

Daily, by a trained operator.

Clean the residue tray (fig.1, n°3, 7).
Brush the belts (fig.1, n°2).
Check the flour dispenser level.
8.2

Weekly, by a trained operator.

Clean the outside of the machine (dry cloth, paintbrush, vacuum cleaner).
Check belt tension (fig.4, n°23).
8.3

Annually, by an approved agent.

Lubricate joints.
