Garantía y renuncia de responsabilidad
neglect, opening of any sealed components without Oridion's written approval,
fire, lightening, or other peril, , unauthorized repair or installation, or from any
other cause beyond Oridion's reasonable control, including force majeure; (iii)
Products that have had the serial number, model number or any other
identification markings removed, modified or rendered illegible; and (iv) Products
that have been used with accessory consumable products other than
Oridion's FilterLine™ products. Furthermore, this limited warranty shall not apply to
the use of Products in an application or environment that is not within Oridion
specifications or in the event of any act, error, neglect or default of Customer.
Oridion at its sole discretion will replace or repair the damaged Products. Customer
may not return Products without first obtaining a customer return material
authorization (RMA) number from Oridion or one of the Authorized Service centers
and a copy of the Product purchase invoice. Customer shall be solely responsible
for the selection, use, efficacy, efficiency and suitability of the Products.

DISPOSITIVOS DE MONITORIZACIÓN DE PACIENTES DE ORIDION, EL PROTOCOLO
DE COMUNICACIÓN DE ORIDION O CUALQUIER RESULTADO DE LOS INFORMES
DESCARGADOS DE LOS DISPOSITIVOS DE MONITORIZACIÓN DE PACIENTES DE
ORIDION EN IMPRESORAS O MEMORIAS USB O SISTEMAS APROBADOS ("DATOS")
CON EL FIN ÚNICO Y EXCLUSIVO DE CUIDAR AL PACIENTE. EL CLIENTE ACEPTA QUE
LOS DATOS TRANSMITIDOS DESDE LOS DISPOSITIVOS DE MONITORIZACIÓN DE
PACIENTES DE ORIDION NO SE PUEDEN TRANSFERIR, INTERCONECTAR,
INTERCAMBIAR NI TRANSMITIR DE NINGUNA OTRA FORMA Y QUE ORIDION NO
ACEPTA NINGUNA RESPONSABILIDAD DE NINGÚN TIPO SOBRE LA PRECISIÓN O
COMPLECIÓN DE LOS DATOS TRANSFERIDOS, INTERCONECTADOS,
INTERCAMBIADOS O TRANSMITIDOS DE CUALQUIER OTRA FORMA. EL CLIENTE
TAMBIÉN ACEPTA QUE NO PODRÁ VENDER, OTORGAR LICENCIAS O
COMERCIALIZAR DE NINGUNA OTRA FORMA LOS DATOS, TOTAL NI
PARCIALMENTE. CUALQUIER OTRO USO DE LOS DATOS O INTERFAZ CON OTROS
SISTEMAS, YA SEA POR PARTE DEL CLIENTE O DE CUALQUIER TERCERO QUE ACTÚE
EN SU NOMBRE, ESTARÁ SUJETO A UN ACUERDO DE LICENCIA INDEPENDIENTE
CON ORIDION QUE INCLUYA, SIN LIMITACIÓN, TÉRMINOS COMERCIALES
NEGOCIADOS DE BUENA FE.
