3.5 Rotating sharp-edged loads
When fitted with NoCut
SpanSet lifting straps can be used to rotate sharp-edged loads (e.g.
coils). When it comes to lifting, the protective sleeve must be securely
fastened to the edge of the load and the lifting strap must be able to
move freely within the protective sleeve. When rotating by 90°, the
protective sleeve must only cover max. 2/3 of the pure strap length
between the loops, and when rotating by 180°, max. 1/2. Please also
refer to 3.4 Aligning the load.

- Partially or fully split yarns

- Hardenings / crust-like surface compacting
- Uneven fabric width
- NoCut
