USE AS A 12V DC POWER SUPPLY
This device can be used as a 12V DC power supply for many electrical debices such as radio, fan, electrical tools,
camera, TV...
• Turn the knob to the OFF position.
• Plug the cigarette lighter socket of your electrical device in the Booster (cable not included).
• Turn the switch onto the 12V position.
The output is protected by a 20A thermal circuit-breaker.

LED LIGHT

This device has an integrated light comprised of 7 powerful LED.
PROTECTION
This device is designed with many protection features :
• ON/OFF switch to protect against overvoltage when connecting.
• An alarm beep in case of reversed polarity and misuse.
• Copper cable 2 x 1.80m, ø 25mm² with 600A insulated clamps.
• 300A fuse located on the plastic case. A replacement duse is located at the back of the device (ref. 054561).
SAFETY
• WARNING! Explosive gas , avoid flames and sparks . During charging, the battery should be placed in a ventilated
area.
• Protect the unit from rain and moisture
• If the power cable is damaged it must be replaced by the manufacturer , its after sales or a similarly qualified person
to avoid hazard.
• Respect the connection sequence indicated .
• Product subject to separate collection , do not dispose in domestic waste .
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical , sensory or mental
capabilities, or lack of experience or knowledge, unless through a person responsible for their safety, supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance .
• Do not open the device. Modifications not performed by a manufacturer's technician will void the warranty .
• Check that the available voltage corresponds to the one indicated on the nameplate of the charger.
• Never short-circuit the clamps when the switch is on the 12V or 24V position.

TROUBLESHOOTING

anomalies
Alarm beep and the booster red LED lights.
The booster orange LED flashes
Sparks appear when putting the clamps on
the battery.
The device doesn't start the vehicle. The
Booster orange LED flashes.
The device cannot start the vehicle and both
LEDs are off.
The charge of internal batteries does not
start (the charger light stays green when
plugged to the mains).

causes
The polarity has been reversed.
The battery voltage has gone below 12V
after starting or a high consumption of
energy.
The switch is on 12V or 24V.
The switch is on the wrong position.
The polarity has been reversed.
The batteries of the device are discharged.
Several start attempts without pausing.
The battery voltage is not suitable.
The internal batteries voltage is too low.
They might be damaged.
The booster fuse has melted.
The cigarette lighter connection is not
connected properly in the product plug.
The cigarette lighter connection fuse has
melted.
remedies
Check the battery polarity.
Charge the device after use. The orange
LED flashes for about 10 minutes before
shutting down.
Before connecting the clamps to the battery
switch the knob to the OFF position.
Check the vehicle voltage matches the
selected voltage.
Check the battery polarity.
Charge the device until it is charged and
try again.
Wait 3 minutes between 2 start attempts.
Starting a battery must not exceed 5
seconds.
Check the vehicle battery voltage matches
the selected voltage.
Charge the device trying to restore the
batteries.
Check and replace the fuse.
Check the connection.
Replace the cigarette lighter fuse by
unscrewing the extremity.
