Intended purpose
LumboTrain/LumboTrain Lady are medical products.
Supports for the back muscles for discomfort in the lumbar
spine region.
Indications
• General pain in the lumbar spine region
(acute and chronic)
• Degenerative conditions of the lumbar spine
(e.g. osteochondrosis, osteoarthritis, lumbar deformities,
spondylolysis without vertebral displacement)
• Status post prolapse (non-surgical/post-operative)
• Status post discectomy
Risks of using this product
The benefits of this product are felt particularly during
physical activity.
• Please remove the support during longer periods of rest.
• Once you have been prescribed the LumboTrain/
LumboTrain Lady, only use it according to your indication
and any additional instructions given by a medical
specialist*. Please consult a specialist or your doctor first
if you want to use it together with other products. Do not
modify the product yourself in any way; otherwise it may
not help as expected or it may be harmful to your health.
In these cases, any warranty or liability claims will be
excluded.
• Avoid contact with ointments, lotions, or substances
containing grease or acids.
• Any aids applied externally to the body may, if tightened
excessively, lead to local pressure points or, in rare cases,
constrict the underlying blood vessels or nerves.
• If you notice any changes or an increase in symptoms
while wearing the product, stop any further use and
contact your doctor.

Warranty

country of purchase apply. Please
first contact the retailer from whom
you obtained the product directly in
the event of a potential claim under
the warranty. The product must
be cleaned before submitting it in
case of warranty claims. Warranty
may be limited or excluded if the
instructions on how to handle
and care for the LumboTrain/
LumboTrain Lady have not been
observed.
Contraindications
No clinically significant adverse reactions have been
reported to date. If you have any of the following conditions,
the product should only be used after consultation with your
physician:
• Skin disorders/injuries in the relevant part of the body,
particularly if inflammation is present; likewise, any raised
scars with swelling, redness, and excessive heat build-up
• Impaired sensation and circulatory disorders
• Severe restriction of the performance of the heart and
lungs (risk of a rise in blood pressure if the aid is applied
during intense physical exertion).
Application instructions
Applying the LumboTrain/LumboTrain Lady
• Fasten the pad to the center of the Velcro surface of the
support so that the opening for the silicone dots runs
vertically down the center.
• Place your fingers in the hand straps and the support
around the waist. The pad must sit in the middle of the
back.
• Pull the two halves of the fastening forward evenly and
guide them one over the other: press the left side against
the stomach and attach the right side. When fastening the
support, remove your fingers from the left hand strap.
Cleaning instructions
Please use mild detergent and a lingerie bag. Remove the
pad and wash it by hand. Close all the Velcro fastenings.
Never expose your product to direct heat/cold. Also
observe the instructions on the sewn-in label on the upper
edge of your product. Regular care guarantees optimum
effectiveness of the product.
Warranty is excluded if:
• The product was not used
according to the indication
• The instructions given by the
specialist were not observed
• The product was modified
arbitrarily
Duty to report
Due to regional legal regulations,
you are obliged to immediately
report any serious incident
involving the use of this medical
product to both the manufacturer
and the local health authorities. Our
contact details can be found on the
back of this brochure.
Disposal
Once you have finished using
the product, please dispose of it
according to local specifications.
