- overheating of the devices connected to the generator,
- sparking,
- smoke or fl ames coming out of the device,
- unwanted vibration.
The fuel feed system must be checked periodically. If you notice
leaks, have the unit repaired by an authorised servicing centre.
Wait until the engine of the unit has reached its rated engine
revolutions before connecting electrical equipment.
All repairs should only be carried out by an authorised servicing
centre.
Do not allow fuel to run out while the engine is running!
Do not cover the ventilation inlets and outlets. Even when the
generator is not running.
Before transporting the generator, it is necessary to empty the
fuel tank.

PREPARING THE MACHINE FOR OPERATION

CAUTION! The checking procedure must be carried out on the
generator before each start-up.
The fuel to be used must be a mixture of unleaded petrol with
an octane number greater than 93 and special 2T oil intend-
ed for the fuel mixture used for the propulsion of two-stroke
(2-stroke) engines.
Do not use petrol alone, this will cause the engine to seize,
which will irreparably damage it. Do not use oil intended for
four-stroke (4-stroke) engines.
Fuel and oil free of any impurities must be used to prepare the
mixture. The mixture should be made at a ratio of petrol to oil
50:1. The fuel mixture shall be prepared immediately prior to
use. The fuel mixture is unstable and loses its properties quick-
ly. Dispose of mixtures older than 30 days according to local
regulations. Do not use it to drive engines, this also applies
to the mixture of fuel remaining in the fuel tank and the gen-
erator's fuel system. Do not mix the old fuel mixture with the
fresh one.
The capacity of the fuel tank must be as specifi ed in the tech-
nical data table. Do not fi ll the fuel tank above the fi ller neck
(II). If any spillage occurs during refi lling, the spillage must be
thoroughly wiped out before the start-up. It is recommended to
use funnels or nozzles to refi ll the fuel, which will reduce the
risk of fuel spillage. Smoking is not permitted when refuelling.
Do not use the generator in a humid atmosphere. For example,
in rain or fog. The generator must be used in places where
good ventilation is provided. The maximum ambient tempera-
ture at the generator's place of operation must not exceed the
value specifi ed in the technical data table.
If the generator is used indoors, the exhaust gases must be
transported by a tight system to the outside of the room. The
exhaust gases contain substances that are harmful to
health and must not be inhaled.
The fuel fi ller cap shall be provided with a vent hole. Be careful
not to block the vent hole.
Checking the fuel level
Unscrew the fuel fi ller cap.
Check the fuel level in the tank.
If necessary, refi ll fuel in the tank. Do not fi ll up fuel above the
fi ller neck.
Screw up the fuel fi ller cap.

Maintenance of the air fi lter (III)
Caution! Do not operate the generator without a correctly in-
stalled air fi lter or with a defective air fi lter. Otherwise, the com-
bustion engine may suck in impurities that would normally settle
on the fi lter. The impurities can lead to malfunctions or even
damage to the generator.
Press the clip on the fi lter cover and remove the fi lter cover.
Remove the fi lter and clean it in a non-fl ammable solvent, then
thoroughly squeeze out the solvent.
Soak the fi lter with clean engine oil and squeeze it out so that
the fi lter remains moist.
Install the fi lter in place and fi x the cover.
Generator grounding
Connect the cable between the grounding system and the
generator to the point marked on the generator. The generator
must be connected to a grounding system by a person with
appropriate electrical qualifi cations.

GENERATOR OPERATION

Start-up of the combustion engine
Before starting the generator, disconnect all electrical equip-
ment from the sockets in the generator.
Press the fuel pump until you see the fuel fl ow through the hos-
es (IV).
Close the throttle by moving the suction lever until stops in the
direction "CLOSE" (V).
Caution! Do not close the throttle if the engine is warm (for ex-
ample, after a refuelling break). In this case, move the suction
lever to the position marked "OPEN".
Move the engine switch to position ON / I (VI).
Hold the generator by the handle with one hand and the starter
rope handle with the other hand (VII). Pull the starter pull cord
smoothly several times until you feel the resistance caused by
the engine compression, then pull it vigorously and fi rmly.
Withdraw the cord handle in a smooth motion until it is com-
pletely hidden in the generator housing. Do not let go the cable
handle so that it hides suddenly in the housing. This can cause
damage to the starter.
As the engine heats up, open the throttle gradually, moving the
suction lever gradually in the direction of the "OPEN" mark. Al-
low the engine to run smoothly after changing the position of
the suction lever. The return speed of the suction lever depends
on the weather conditions, in which the engine is started. The
lower the ambient temperature, the slower the return.
Generator operating status light
The generator has been equipped with a LED lamp informing
the user about the operating status of the generator.
When the generator is started up, it lights up green during nor-
mal operation.
If the light is red, the generator is overloaded and the power
drawn from the generator exceeds 850 W. After 2 minutes of
operation, the power supply to the generator socket is cut off .
The light starts fl ashing red. Cutting off the power supply to the
socket does not stop the mechanical engine operation.
In the event of a short-circuit, the power supply to the gener-
ator socket is cut off immediately. The light starts fl ashing red.
Cutting off the power supply to the socket does not stop the
mechanical engine operation.
