4.0 USE

Before starting each work cycle, make sure the machine is perfectly clean and specifically, contact surfaces of the
tank, of the feed screw and of the central steering column, which must be treated with detergents compatible with
the foodstuff products. When required, perform cleaning according to methods 5.1.
4.1 Using the machine
1. PUT THE MAIN SWITCH "A" ON 1
2. PUT THE TIMER "B" ON MANUAL OR AUTOMATIC BASED ON THE DESIRED OPERATING MODE
3. PRESS THE START BUTTON "E"
4. BY OPERATING ON THE KNOB "C", SET THE SPEED FROM 30 TO 120 RPM
5. THE MACHINE STOPS IF THE PROTECTION GRID OPENS. TO RESTART, CLOSE THE GRID AND PRESS
THE START BUTTON "E" AGAIN.
6. TO STOP THE MACHINE PRESS THE STOP/EMERGENCY BUTTON "F" OR WAIT FOR THE
WORK CYCLE SET VIA THE TIMER "B" TO END
