CAUTION
It recommended to never use abrasive or corrosive non foodstuff chemical products. Strictly avoid using water jets,
various tools, rough or abrasive equipment such as steel wool, sponges, etc. which may damage the surfaces and
in particular compromise hygienic safety. To maintain both the performance efficiency and the safety of the
machine, it is crucial to perform scheduled maintenance (at least once every 6 months).
6.0 MACHINE DEMOLITION
In case of machine dismantlement and demolition, its components do not pose a level of hazard such as to require
the implementation of special precautions. To aid the materials recycling operations, all parts forming the electrical
system must be separated from the machine.
7.0 POST‐SALE SERVICE
7.1 Spare parts
To request spare parts refer to chapter 8 relative to the exploded drawings and relative components lists.

Safety constrains and conditions
The connections wiring diagram has been created to ensure the safety of the machine user (see attached wiring
diagram) even in case of electronics fault. Tool activation is only permitted if the grid micro switch, tank micro
switch and tank presence micro switch are simultaneously closed. Grid micro switch opening inhibits inverter
operation and instantly stops the motor. By closing the grid again, the interrupted cycle resumes only after
pressing the START key.
Between the inverter configuration parameters, the brake function must be applied for each motor stop, perform
from opening the contact (on the controller) enabling the inverter (input Ll1 on Telemecanique ALTIVAR 31 and
input S1 on Omron V1000). This in order to comply with the stopping times of the tool required by the
machinerydirective.
