1.6 General safety warnings
The machine, although compliant with the safety requirements of the reference, electrical, mechanical, hygiene
regulations, may constitute a hazard:
· If used for purposes and conditions other than those of the manufacturer.
· For tampering of the guards and safety devices.
· For failure to comply with the installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance requirements.
INFORMATION
All installation and maintenance operations must be performed by personnel qualified
and authorised by the manufacturer, who denies any responsibility deriving from
incorrect installation or tampering.
1.7 Safety warnings
INFORMATION
Carefully read these instructions before using the machine.
CAUTION
In order to prevent hazardous conditions and/or potential injuries caused by:
electrical current, mechanical parts, fire, or of hygiene nature, the following safety
warnings must be complied with:
A) Keep your workstation in order. Disorder entails risk of accidents.
B) Assess the environmental conditions. Do not use the machine in a humid, wet or insufficiently lit
premises, near flammable liquids or gas.
C) Keep children and unauthorised persons away. Do not permit them to approach the machine or
the workstation.
D) Use the machine within the rated power and only for the use permitted. Without overload it shall operate
better and safer.
E) Dress accordingly. Do not wear hanging clothing or accessories which may be caught in the moving parts.
Use anti-slip shoes. For hygienic as well safety reasons, use the appropriate hair net for long hair and gloves
for hands.
F) Protect the power cable. Do not pull the cable to remove the plug from the socket. Do not expose the cable
to high temperatures, in contact with sharp edges,
water or solvents.
G) Avoid unsafe positions. Always search for the most appropriate position ensuring balance.
H) Always pay the utmost attention. Observe your work. Do not use the machine when
distracted.
I) Remove the plug from the socket, at the end of each use and before the cleaning, maintenance or
movement operations of the machine.
L) Do not use extension cables in the open.
M) Check that the machine is not damaged. Carefully check the efficiency of the safety devices before using the
machine. Check that: the mobile parts are not blocked, that there are no damaged components, that all
parts are correctly mounted and that all operations that may affect
normal machine operations are optimal.
N) Have the machine repaired by qualified personnel. The repairs must be exclusively performed by
qualified personnel using original spare parts.
Failure to comply with these requirements may constitute a hazard for the user.
