Connecting voltage supply line
1. When using KMA 822: Remove trolley rear panel.
2. Remove protective cap on rear of voltage stabilizer.

The connecting cables 1 684 463 503 and
1 684 463 504 are included in the scope of delivery
of the trigger electronics 1 687 023 357.
3. Pull connecting lines through openings of protective
cap.
4. Join connecting cables for supply voltage using hexa-
gon bolts, washers and hexagon nuts.
5. Mount protective cap.

If the voltage stabilizer is to be used frequently, e.g.
for tester set VPM 844 oblong holes must be filed
into the protective cap. Connection of doubled-up
lines to a single output is performed as shown in the
following illustration.

The RS232 connecting cables are included in
the scope of delivery of the trigger electronics
1 687 023 357.
1. When using KMA 802: Remove rear panel of PC pro-
tective casing.
2. Join RS232 connecting line (1 684 462 298) to
COM4 port (X61) of KMA 800 PC unit.

Routing lines

Generally the following applies: All connecting lines
must be routed such that they will not cause people to
trip up so that they will not be caught by moving parts.
