For demounting of particularly hard supersingle
textile-reinforced tires or tubeless tires with high
edge balcony design rims refer to the instructions for
demounting of agricultural wheels.
i
To make demounting operations easier it is possible
to use the tubeless tire roller (1).
Demounting of agricultural wheels
1. While operating the tool movement control, rotate
the tool so that the disk faces the side of the tire
that has to be bead-broken and, by means of the
working arm movement control, lock the operating
arm.
2. While operating on the working arm translation con-
trol, set the bead breaking disk in correspondence of
the inner edge of the rim.
3. While operating the working arm translation con-
trol, press with the bead breaking disk the tire bead
towards the rim drop centre and use the pedal to
rotate without interruptions the locking flange until
completing an entire circumference of the rim.
i
Use mounting paste for complete detachment of tire
and rim.

4. Once the operation is finished, operate the working
arm translation arm to put away the working arm
from the rim and operating the working arm move-
ment control unlock the working arm.
5. Using the trolley movement control, shift the trolley
in the inner side of the tire, and, by means of the
tool movement control, rotate the tool so that the
disk faces the side of the tire that has to be bead
broken.
6. Operating the working arm movement control, lock
the working arm.
7. Repeat in the same way bead breaking (point 3) on
the other side of the tire.
8. Operating the working arm movement control, tilt
the working arm and press the pedal to bring it on
the front part of the tire. Lock again the working arm
to the trolley by adjusting the special pin and making
the mounting tool tilt.
9.
Operating the working arm translation control, put
again the mounting tool close to the tire, until com-
plete locking of the bead.
10. Once the operation has been carried out, tension
the tire by moving the rim away from the tool so
that the bead fits into the drop centre.
