Consult your professional if discomfort occurs. Store at room
temperature, preferably in its original packaging. For hygiene
and performance reasons, do not re-use the product for
another patient. Any serious incident that occurs in connection
with the product must be reported to the manufacturer and to the
competent authority of the Member State in which the user and/or
patient are/is domiciled.
Insertion of the heel cushions:
General and Elastocalx N
The heel cushion and size required for your symptoms was
selected by your doctor/hospital. Place the heel cushion flat
inside the shoe and press the back margin of the cushion against
the heel of the shoe.
Elastocalx Plus
The heel cushions are marked on the bottom with R and L for the
right and left shoes.
Elastocalx Flex
Fit left or right.
Elastocalx S/P
In cases of pronation (e. g. valgus) of the foot, place the thick
side of the cushion under the inside of the heel, in cases of
supination, place the thick side of the cushion under the outside
of the heel.
For bow legs (varus, e.g. medial arthritis in the knee joint), pla-
ce the thick side of the cushion under the outside of the heel
(pronate), for knock knees, place the thick side of the cushion un-
der the inside of the heel (supinate).
Please use the second heel cushion in the same way.
Care:
Wash off regularly with lukewarm soapy water (mild detergent).
Do not use either aggressive detergents or bleach. Wipe dry with
a suitable cloth.
