Diagnostic Messages
Fault Description
Safety channels do not have the same configuration
information.
Code sequencing error – invalid parameter value.
Safety related RAM comparison failure.
Channel sequence pulse was occuring too rapidly,
the other channel was reset.
Channel sequence pulse did not occur in the correct
time frame, the other channel was reset.
The background tests were not all executed in one hour.
One safety channel has activated more than 1 test
signal.
The CRC of the operating history data in the
NVRAM is not correct.
Mode select 2 hardware failure.
External restart input hardware failure.
Auxiliary input A2 hardware failure.
Auxiliary input B2 hardware failure.
Primary AOPD OSSD 2 is stuck high.
Secondary AOPD OSSD 2 is stuck high.
Timer 0 is not operating at the proper sequence.
The channel's address appeared as a source address
in a received message packet.
Channel synchronization using comunications has failed.
