Testing the Battery Pack (SOC Pack Test)

1. Connect the red clamp to the positive (+) lug on the battery at
one end of the pack (Figure 3).
2. Connect the black clamp to the negative (–) lug on the battery
at the other end of the pack.
3. For a proper connection, rock the clamps back and forth. Both
sides of the clamp must be firmly connected before testing. If
the message CHECK CONNECTION appears, clean the
terminals and/or reconnect the clamps.
