Repair of BeoVision 1

Before troubleshooting is initiated, let the customer explain and demonstrate the
fault, if possible.
Afterwards, check:
- that all cables are plugged in correctly
- that the mains voltage is connected, and switched on
- that an aerial signal is connected
When troubleshooting is initiated, please refer to #3 Fault flow chart. The fault
should fit into one of the 4 main groups.
- TV
- Picture
- Sound
- Satellite (only if a satellite module is mounted)
Follow the arrows from each box, answering YES or NO, to locate the fault. The
back cover may have to be removed and the main chassis placed in service position.

further information.
If measurements are needed, please refer to the chapter measurements, placed
behind #3 Fault flow chart.
The number in the box refers to the chapter, describing how to carry out the
repair/module replacement. When replacing a module, remember to disconnect
the mains voltage. Carry out the replacement, and reconnect the mains voltage.
Then check if the fault is rectified.
