#11 Replacement of camcorder interface module PCB59

Place main chassis in service position
Disconnect 10P032
Remove the cloth front and the contrast screen
Place PCB11 in holder of PCB10
Place PCB10 inside the TV
Remove the front frame
Loosen and disconnect PCB59
Replace PCB59
Mount the front frame
Re-install PCB10 and PCB11
Mount the cloth front and the contrast screen
Reconnect 10P032
- Unscrew the 2 screws in the main chassis holder and place the main chassis in
service position. See #5 Main chassis into service position for further information.
- Disconnect 10P032, connected to PCB59. Remove the cable from it's holder
(see 6).
- Remove the cloth front and the contrast screen. See #14 Removal of the cloth
front and #15 Removal of the contrast screen for further information.
- Remove PCB11 by pulling it outwards, and place it as shown on
- Unscrew the 4 screws (M) holding the sound output module (see
backwards and leave it lying inside the TV. Place it as far back in the TV as it can go.

Remove it by pulling it out at the top, to an angle of about 75° and then pull it
outwards (see 17).
- Unscrew the 2 screws holding PCB59 (see
centimeters. Then disconnect 59P050.
- Replace PCB59 with the new PCB. Fasten the screws.
- Mount the front frame and fasten the screws.
- Fasten the screws for PCB10 and place PCB11 in the front frame.
- Mount the cloth front and the contrast screen. See #14 Removal of the cloth front
and #15 Removal of the contrast screen for further information.
- Reconnect 10P032 and place the cable in the holder, as before (see
14.
