General information
These installation instructions are intended for Bosch-
trained service technicians from the Robert Bosch Ser-
vice Organization. They describe the installation of an
test-equipment set CRS 845H on an EPS 815.
3.1
Application
These instructions are a supplement to the existing instruc-
tions for the EPS 815 injection pump test bench and the
KMA 802/822 electronic metering system. These instruc-
tions are valid only in combination with the existing instruc-
tions and must be kept together and forwarded with them.

Installation
4.1
Assembly of switch cabinet for door
monitoring

The switch cabinet and the hexagon socket head
bolts are contained in parts kit 1 685 510 227.
The retaining strip is contained in parts kit
1 688 039 046.
1. Remove the cover from the switch cabinet (Fig. 1,
item 1).
2. Remove the four plugs from the underside of the
switch cabinet (Fig. 1, item 1).
3. Affix the switch cabinet (Fig. 1, item 1) to the retain-
ing strip (Fig. 1, item 2) using four hexagon socket
head bolts M8 x 16 and four washers. Use a ball-
head Allen key to do so.

4. Re-attach the switch cabinet cover.
