Connecting pressure sensor

The first time the pressure sensor is used, the
operating system twice prompts the user to install
a driver. (only in Windows 2000) Select "Search for
appropriate driver for device (recommended)" and
then "State other source". The driver is stored under
"C:\BOSCH_PR\EPS945\DRIVERS\BURSTER" (up to
EP software version 2011/A) or under
"C:\BOSCH_PR\EPS945\DRIVERS\BURSTER\X86"
(from EP software version 2011/B).
1. Connect the pressure sensor to the CRI 846 distrib-
utor rail connection of the high-pressure rail.
Tightening torque: 25 — 30 Nm
2. Connect the USB cable to the free USB port of the
KMA PC.

Copying test routine into local
database
1. Close the CRS 845H guard doors.
2. Insert the "EP software" CD in the CD/DVD drive.
3. In the "component test - main menu" start screen,
select <F7>.
A password request appears.
4. Enter the password in the input line:
5. Confirm your entry by pressing <F12>.
6. Select the menu option "System >> Data backup".
7. Press <F12> to continue.
8. In the Selection of destination field, select the drive
"D:\ (CD-ROM)".
The test routines 0445020105 C0 and
0445020105 C1 are displayed in the Component
target location field.
9. Select the test procedures 0445020105 C0 and
0445020105 C1 in the Destination components box.
10. Copy the selected test routines to the local drive by
pressing <F5>.
11. Exit the "Data backup" window by pressing <Esc>.
