Warnings
•
Properly fix the external aggregate if it is exposed to strong wind.
•
Install the external aggregate at a site that is capable of bearing its weight, free from
vibrations and allows for horizontal installation.
•
Ensure there is enough clearance surrounding the aggregate to facilitate proper air
circulation.
•
Do not install the external aggregate nearby heat, vapor or flammable gas sources.
•
Condensate will escape the aggregate while it is in operation. Take all measures
required to facilitate unimpeded drainage without causing any property damage. Pro-
per drainage is facilitated especially if the device is simply installed on the ground
and slightly elevated (at least 5 cm).
•
Do not install the aggregate on sites exposed to strong wind or dust.
•
Do not install the aggregate on sites likely to soiling or exposed to the flow of large
amounts of water.
•
In regions frequently exposed to snowfalls, install the device at an elevated spot.
•
Using a condensate drain hose is not absolutely necessary. However, if so required,
please make use of the elbow supplied and a hose of 16 mm in diameter to drain off
the condensate.
•
Provide for a sloping that facilitates the condensate's drainage (drain water, rain
water, gravel trap).
•
If installed in regions that are exposed to long-term temperatures below 0°, equip the
drain pipe with heating tape to prevent it from freezing. The heating tape is supposed
to not only heat the drain pipe but also the lower part of the device's condensate drip
pan.
•
Ensure the external aggregate's incline does not exceed 5°. This corresponds to 40
mm distance between both feet of the external aggregate.
