5.0 — Exercises
Many different exercises can be done using the STRYVE sitting ball – whether at your desk
in the office or at home. Some of these exercises are shown below. If you suffer from back
problems or any other complaints, you should first consult a medical specialist about using
the ball.
5.1 — Healthy sitting
· for perfect balance when sitting,
place your feet flat on the floor in a
stable position, with your legs apart
· in addition, check that the floor is slip-
proof beforehand, to prevent the ball

· as with all office seating furniture,
you should maintain a straight, upright
seating posture
