INTRODUCTION
This kit contains three brass coated steel wire brushes, in-
tended to clean the carbon deposits (soot) remaining on
the interior side walls of the port, as well as two silicone
nylon brushes to clean the base or seat area of the injector.
This cleaning brushes can be fitted into the flexible exten-
sion provided, designed to be actioned by a drill.
The kit also contains six plugs and an insertion rod to pre-
vent any soot to enter accidentally into the combustion
chamber during the cleaning process. Moreover, a thin
bore steel wire brush is supplied to clean the injector nozzle
ports at the very bottom.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Clean the area around each of the injectors before
removing them.
2. Once removed, take out the cooper sealing washer
from the injector port seat area. To do so, you might
use an injector seal puller.
3. Seal the injector nozzle port at the bottom of the main
injector port:
• Slightly screw a sealing plug (9) into the insertion rod
(1).
• Place the sealing plug into the injector nozzle port.
• Turn the insertion rod anticlockwise to leave the seal
plug at very bottom of the main injector port, and re-
move the insertion rod from the injector nozzle port.
4. Clean the hole or side walls of the injector port once
the seal plug is in place:
• Pick the appropriate cleaning brush for the injector
port (6,7,8) and join it to the flexible extension bar (3).

a drill.
