• Make sure that the filter and filter bag are installed
correctly and that the drum lift bar is in the upright
position.
• Plug in the power cord; turn the in-line switch (D)
ON.
• Press the ON/OFF button (E) on the control panel
(Fig. 15). The green PWR light (G) on the control
panel will be illuminated.
• Select the run time by depressing the Timer button
(F). Pressing the Timer button once programs the
timer to run for one-hour. The 1-hour light on the
run time indicator (A) will illuminated. Pressing the
Timer button a second time programs the timer for
two-hours. Each time you press the Timer button,
the run time advances one hour until it reaches the
15-hour maximum run time. The illuminated timing
lights add up to indicate the total number of hours
the unit is set to run. If no Run Time is select, the
unit will automatically run for 1-hour.
ThE ON-BOARd CIRCUIT BREAKER
This DELTA
®
1 ½ HP Portable Cyclone Dust Collector
features an on-board circuit breaker (H). Should the
machine experience an overload, this button pops out
and the machine shuts down.
To restart the dust collector, you must first fix the
cause of the overload. Then press the circuit breaker
button, turn the in-line power switch (D) to the OFF
position and then to the ON position. This will reset the
machine.
OPERATION
• As soon as the Timer button is pushed, the
machine will begin to run and the RUN light (I) on
the control panel will illuminate.
• The machine will automatically shut off once it has
reached the end of the programmed time cycle. To
turn the machine off prior to the end of the cycle,
press the ON/OFF button on the control panel.
NOTE: Each time the in-line switch is turned off or the
machine has been un-plugged from the power source,
the run time must be re-set.
