TOOLS REqUIREd
• 5/16" wrench
• Slotted screwdriver
• ½" wrench
• 3/8" Allen wrench
• 9/16" wrench
• 11/16" wrench
• Remove drum suction ring from the bottom of the
drum (see Fig. 6A) and set aside.
• Lay drum on its side and feed the threaded end of
the drum casters through the holes in the bottom of
the drum.
• Secure casters from the inside of the drum using a
3/8" hex nut, 3/8" lock washer and 3/8" flat washer.
• Turn drum right side up and install the drum cover
gasket by fitting the grooved side of the gasket over
the lip of the drum, as in Fig 6B
• Use a razor knife to trim excess gasket.
• Re-install drum suction ring making sure the
smaller-diameter end of the ring is at the bottom of
the drum.
• Attach the drum lift bar by fitting the large holes
(A) on either side of the lift bar over the two pins
located on the lift supports. See Fig. 7.
• Raise the lift support arm so that the hole in the arm
aligns with the hole in the drum lift bar (B). See Fig. 7.
• Secure lift support arm to drum lift bar using the
3/8" x 21mm x 12mm hex head screws and 3/8" hex
lock nutusing a 9/16" wrench and 11/16" wrench.
Repeat with the other lift support arm. Do not
overtighten nuts.

NOTE: There will be some play between the lift support
arm and the lift support. This is normal.
NOTE: Keep this area clean and lubricate with spray
silicone as needed to provide smooth operation of the
lift mechanism.
