dRUM ANd dRUM LIFT BAR ASSEMBLY
• Attach the drum lift pins (D) onto the large pins in
the lift supports using the M8 x 30mm hex head
hex screw and 3/8" Allen wrench. See Fig. 8.
• Attach drum cover (A) to bottom of cyclone chute
by feeding 5/16" x ¾" Phillips Head Screws up
from the bottom of the drum cover and securing
with 5/16" lock washer and 5/16" hex nut. See
Fig. 9.
• Install the drum bag in the drum leaving a couple
of inches overhang.
• Raise the drum lift bar and position drum so that
the lift pins are positioned under the slots (B) in the
drum flanges. See Fig. 10
• Lift pin centered under slot in drum flange
• Push down on the drum lift bar until it clicks into
the locked position. The drum wheels should be
completely off the ground and the drum cover
should be sealed against the drum rim.

BAg SUCTION hOSE ASSEMBLY

TOOLS REqUIREd
• Phillips head screwdriver
• Remove the two rubber caps on either suction port
(C) located in the bottom of the drum and near the
top of the cyclone chute. See Fig. 11.
• Screw the suction hose into the ring clamp at both
ends. Fit the clamped hose ends over the suction
ports as far as they will go and tighten the clamps
using a Phillips head screwdriver.
NOTE: Do not over-tighten the hose clamp or else you
may damage the suction hose.
