Motor and Fan Assembly
A. Motor/Fan wheel removal.
1. Disconnect motor leads.
2. Remove motor mount screws. See Fig. 17
3. Remove motor/fan wheel assembly from the burner
box. See Fig. 18

Air Differential Pressure
Switch, Tubing and
Orifices.
Pressure switch tube: See Fig. 19. Check for
blockage. Clean with compressed air after removing
the tube from the switch and the air inlet plate orifi ce.

Air inlet plate orifi ce:
See Fig. 20. Ensure this orifi ce is free of dust. If the
orifi ce is plugged, remove the two screws that hold
the plate to the burner box. Clean using compressed
air.
