2.2 Transport damage
After receiving the delivery, check the unit for transport damage and report it to the transportation company
within 24 hours of delivery. Do not work with a damaged unit under any circumstances.
2.3 Operator responsibilities
In addition to complying with the manufacturer's legal provisions, the operator is required to ensure compliance
and implementation of legal workplace obligations, e.g. the requirement to provide training and compliance
with the Occupational Health and Safety Act as well as all other applicable laws and regulations. The provider
must make written instructions available to the operators working on and with the unit in a comprehensible
format and in their relevant languages that are based on the operating instructions and work to be performed.
2.4 Equipment log / operating instructions
We recommend keeping an equipment log. The equipment log is used to document inspections and all
important work performed (e.g. repairs, changes). Keep these operating instructions in a safe place so that
you are able to refer to safety instructions and important user information at a later date.
2.5 Safety notes
The safety instructions for protecting individuals as well as handling the unit and the material to be processed
are largely dependent on the conduct of the persons operating the unit.
Before placing the unit into operation, read the operating instructions carefully and follow the information
provided so as to avoid errors or potential resulting injury, particularly those related to health.
All respective national laws, provisions and directives in force must be followed in addition to the information
contained in these operating instructions when setting up and operating the unit.
