2.7 Changing the factory code

Attention! We recommend you replace the factory code with a separate master code.
You can change the factory code with the programming device as follows:
D-> E-> old CODE -> OK -> new CODE -> OK
The new master code must have 6-digits.
Attention! The master code is not changed when the factory settings are restored. If you have defined
a separate master code, this remains valid after the reset.
2.8 Delete all fingers (incl. master finger) using programming
device
Alternatively, the fingerprint scanner module can be reset via the programming device
provided. This deletes all saved finger data.
Hold the programming device directly in front of the blue LED of the module.
To trigger the reset, press the buttons DA -> CODE -> OK in that order. Each time a
button is pressed, the green LEDs light up as visual confirmation. If the green LED
does not light up when a button is pressed, repeat the input.
The factory code is on page 2 of this manual. The factory code can also be found on
the adhesive label on the back of the programming device.
The device is then in the delivery condition (red + green + blue LED light up
continuously).

2.9 Deleting all fingers (incl. master finger) via the inside unit

You can restore the factory settings by deleting all finger data at the in-wall or on-wall version of the
inside unit. Press the "Delete" button until the red LED lights up. The device is then in the delivery
condition (red + green + blue LEDs light up permanently).
The "Connection" – LED: lights up permanently if the connection with the outside unit is OK
"Pairing" – LED: flashes continuously if the outside and inside unit are not yet paired
Button: triggers pairing
"Delete" – LED: lights up during a deletion operation
Button: deletes all fingerprints (also master finger)
