The mask is
disconnected.

has been detected.

Suggestion
Rub the traces with a sponge and liquid dish
detergent. Soak the water chamber in a solution of
1 part white vinegar to 9 parts water as described
under "Cleaning the water chamber", on page 33.
Rinse well with tap water. Dry the exterior with a
clean cloth.
Check the
mask, the patient circuit, and the device.
This message disappears when any of the
four buttons on the front of the device is
pressed.
Press the device ON/OFF button twice.
Check the patient circuit connections. If
the problem recurs, contact your home
care provider.
Unplug the device from all sources of
electrical power. Plug it in again and turn
on.
If the error persists, contact your home
care provider.
If the device is connected to a battery,
the heated humidification feature cannot
be used and the symbol blinks.
