Possible causes
The recording settings are
incorrectly configured.
Your monitor is not configured
properly.
The camera settings are
incorrectly configured.

for media used.
USB media not compatible.
Sensitivity too low.

RJ45 cable not connected /
faulty.
No indicator lights on the RJ45
socket

Upload data rate insufficient at the

Solutions
Check your active channel
settings in the "enregistrement"
[recording] menu.
Readjust the monitor settings
(PAL or SECAM resolution for the
cameras and 1920x1080 for the
monitor).
Adjust the settings in the "simple/
affichage et configuration" [basic/
display and setup] menu.
• Check the maximum capacity
of your media.
• Back up your files
in several stages.
Check the compatibility of your
media.
Go to the DM [MD - Motion
Detection] menu and check /
optimise the settings.
Check the connection / change
the cable.
Green indicator light off: reboot
your system. If the indicator
light still does not come on, the
network card is faulty. Orange/red
indicator light off: Check that your
Internet network is active.
Reduce the number of devices
sharing the same internet access
as your video surveillance kit.
Reduce the number of devices
